Ryan Beard
Ryan Beard is a licensed Real Estate Broker and started his career working for top real estate teams in Chicago before transitioning to general contracting and real estate investing. Ryan's primary focuses are on asset valuation, market research, transactional analysis and business development.
Andy Andrade
Andy is a Property Manager and a Real Estate Broker with vast amount of experience that dates back to his early 20's when he was the contractor for his parents' home, a gut-rehab in Chicago’s beautiful Bucktown Neighborhood. Since then, Andy has been a Real Estate Broker, Flipper, Contractor, Landlord and Owner of Shore Properties Group, a Chicago Property Management Firm.
